This project was a large renovation for Aramark in the University of South Florida’s Marshall Student Center. ENCOTECH was tasked with taking existing restaurant spaces and transforming them to meet increasing demand for variety and food options for the vibrant and active student community of University of South Florida. The scope of work included remodeling the existing Food Court
consisting of fi ve spaces, including Papa John’s Pizza, Subway, Panda Express, Moe’s Southwest Grill and a new convenience market, 813 Eats. ENCOTECH’s scope included all new electrical, HVAC, walls, lighting, plumbing, food service equipment and fi nishes, including a combination of polished concrete fl oors, fl oor and wall tile, ceilings, wall fi nishes and new front service counters
for each brand.
