ENCOTECH Services, LLC. has been doing quality construction and services across the country since 1998. We are currently located in Orlando, Florida and servicing clients nationwide.

ENCOTECH Services, LLC. is dedicated to working with clients to complete projects to a high standard of workmanship, efficiency, and budget control. We achieve these goals by combining our long outstanding tradition of quality and personal commitment to each project in which we are involved. Through the team efforts of our talented and dedicated employees and the direct involvement of the company owners in each and every project, we have maintained our reputation as a Company clients can depend on and think of us as their construction department.

We use our own staff of carpenters to control the pace, quality, and contractual standards of the project.

Our Team

Joseph Younes PE

President
Mr. Younes comes from a civil engineering background where he spent over ten years working in the highway construction industry.
In 1998, Mr. Younes opened his own Construction Management company that quickly turned into a full service General Contracting firm, Encotech Services, LLC. Encotech is based out of Orlando, FL with an emphasis on restaurant development, commercial retail, office complexes, and residential construction servicing several national clients along with its loyal local customers.
In 2006, Mr. Younes founded ESI Properties LLC, a holding company which now owns several properties in Orlando, FL. ESI also became involved in the area development and took a consequent shareholder stake in the national restaurant chain, Santa Fe Cattle Co, for the State of Florida.
In 2011, Mr. Younes became a Franchisee for Denny’s Restaurants, owning and operating 11 Florida units. He was one on the top 40 Franchisees in the chain. The AUV of the units grew for $1,080,000 when he took over and grew to an AUV of $1,480,000 when he sold the portfolio in 2016.
Mr. Younes received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University. He is a licensed Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida and a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan. Lastly, Mr. Younes is an active community leader who served on the Development Advisory Board of Orange County, FL.
Mr. Younes and his wife Valerie are co-chairs for St. Jude Children’s research hospital in Tampa, FL where they help raise over $500,000 a year for that cause.

Kelly Coyle

Vice President
Mr. Coyle is Vice President of Operations for ENCOTECH LLC and is involved in all aspects of ENCOTECH operations. Mr. Coyle joined ENCOTECH in 2003 and since has directed ENCOTECH project implementation, including contract negotiation, project management and due diligence.
Prior to joining ENCOTECH, Mr. Coyle was involved in restaurant development and operations, as well as, Managing Construction and Facilities for a major restaurant group adding vital experience to the ENCOTECH management team.

Joseph Beucher

Site Supervisor & P.M.
Mr. Joseph Beucher joined Encotech LLC in 2018 as Project Superintendent. Over the course of Joe’s 2 year tenure at Encotech LLC. he was instrumental in field management of Encotech renovations. Prior to joining ENCOTECH Joe was involved in hospitality business dealing with operations as well as construction and special projects.
