This project was an interior renovation for Aramark in the University of South Florida Health Morsani College of Medicine. ENCOTECH was tasked with taking existing restaurant spaces and transforming them to an Einstein Bros. Bagels with a small sitting area. ENCOTECH’s scope of work included all new electrical, HVAC, walls, lighting, plumbing, food service equipment and fi nishes, including wall fi nishes, fl oor and wall tile, ceilings and new front service counters.
