Urbain 40 was a conversion from an existing Mexican restaurant. ENCOTECH was tasked with taking the existing space and giving it a complete overhaul into a 1940’s French-style bistro with rich interior fi nishes and an upscale feel. ENCOTECH’s scope of work included all new HVAC, electrical, framing and plumbing to convert the previous space into a beautiful American Brasserie and Lounge.
