ENCOTECH was tasked to convert an existing kitchen space into a high-functioning and smooth-fl owing dish cleaning area. The scope of work entailed a full-scale demo of the existing kitchen space, framing of new walls, all new plumbing and the relocation of electrical boxes. The Dishroom addition was designed to match the busy fl ow of the University’s Catering Kitchen, made functional by the professional and clean electrical work.
