This project was an interior renovation for Aramark in one of the University of South Florida’s residential dining facilities. ENCOTECH was tasked with taking an existing food preparation and outdated dining space and transforming them to a brighter, more versatile dining experience for students that live on campus. A new concept, Flip Kitchen, was built for fl exible and healthy menu options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A convenience store and coffee bar were added with cozy spaces for study groups and student meetings. ENCOTECH’s scope of work included all new electrical, HVAC, walls, lighting, plumbing, food service equipment and fi nishes, including wall fi nishes, fl oor and wall tile, ceilings and new service counters.
